S-CONNECT helps people find and reach service providers and events within the Black community in Germany. The client curates the directory as super-admin while visitors browse, search, filter by location, save favorites, and flag events they are interested in.
It was designed mobile-first with a fully German-language interface, and taken from an empty repository to a live product on its own custom domain.
What we built
Public discovery
Smart search
German full-text search with typo-tolerant matching across names, descriptions, services, and categories.
Browse and filter
Category browsing plus filters for price and rating to narrow results fast.
Location search
Find nearby
City and postcode autocomplete with radius search: within 10, 25, or 50 km.
Maps and directions
Embedded maps with one-tap directions on every provider profile.
Provider profiles
Rich profiles
Image galleries with a lightbox, services with prices, and opening hours.
One-tap contact
Call, WhatsApp, email, Instagram, or website, straight from the profile.
Events
Event listings
Providers host events with date, type, and price filters: today, this weekend, next 7 days.
Interest signals
Dedicated event detail pages with an "Interessiert" interest counter.
Accounts
Simple sign-in
Email and Google sign-in with password reset.
Save and follow
Favorites and saved events, with branded transactional emails from the project domain.
Admin dashboard
Full control
Manage providers across multiple categories, plus services, galleries, and opening hours.
Content management
Curate events and categories, each with its own image banner.
